HÉROSZ ZRt inventory management software

Client: HÉROSZ ZRt.

This complex register of premises and assets was prepared for the request of one of the leader actors of our inland construction industry. With the help of this system one can keep track of the status of machines, devices, tools being in the premises of the parent company and its subsidiaries all around the country, thus resource management became significantly simpler.

Tasks:

The task of this developed system is to record the fixed assets under the management of the subsidiaries of Hérosz Zrt. We solved this for our partner being one of the leader companies of the construction market, dealing with large investments, by configuring a web-based register of premises and assets built on barcode identification.

Implementation:

Based on reports held at the seat of the company the expectations and requirements were defined. Since we are talking about a company which has billions of income every year, where construction work runs parallel on several sites, it is important to have an accurate and factual register of the available assets in order to manage and plan resources (what can be found where, in what status). The main principle of arrangement was the assignment to premises. That is why we had to construct the cluster of premises in the first round. Premise / Building / Floor / Room. In the following phase we determined the form of the data input of assets. After the assets were recorded in the system, the machines, tools and devices could have been assigned to premises according to stock-taking. One could easily and quickly remove, store, depreciate, send for or take back from servicing any asset from a given premise. The system automatically generates the requested report for these movements according to the samples given by our client. Since every data was stored in a central database for stock-taking, acquiring the necessary data for statistics got a lot easier.
