Case Study

TÁMOP Project Management System (PIR)

Client: Vocational secondary institutions

During our tender consulting activities we often had to face the increasing administrational pressure through the implementation of projects. In order to moderate, or occasionally, reduce this pressure drastically, we created our Project Management System. Every document, certificate, invoice and study associated with projects gets stored separately in the software, therefore tracking and controlling can be executed really quickly and efficiently.

Tasks:

Developing a general system, supporting the implementation of TÁMOP projects, in which the accounting and documentation of several projects can be executed, which might even run parallel.

Implementation:

It was easier to designate the frameworks and work processes of the implementation of this project, using the experiences we acquired during the configuration of the TISZK VIR system. The input and output objects were clearly laid down in the tender. After specifying and clarifying these, we prepared an accurate system design in cooperation with the experts of the tender team, based on which the developers created the beta version. This version was already supporting the processes and registries included in the tender, but it was still necessary to create a user-friendly interface, for which we asked for a list of requirements from the group of targets. After implementing the incoming requirements, the system was delivered. Our work was speeded up by our self-developed Viola™ system, which was developed according to our own unique requirements, having the advantage of ensuring developers the possibility of working more efficiently in their own development environment.

Main features of the system:

  • homogeneous technological bases Viola™ , PHP
  • central, MySQL based data storage
  • Linux server operating system
  • multi-coded database structure
